When children are not feeling well and need to have
more special one on one nurse attention, they may get
to spend time in this area. In most cases, we try to
have Mom or Dad stay with you while you are here. You
can even have a special toy, stuffed animal, or favorite
blanket with you.
When children
are critically ill, our Pediatric Intensive
Care Unit offers the special technology needed
to care for them. Five board-certified pediatric
intensive care physicians provide medical care
24 hours a day.
